Thanks for the info.Key hole is no biggie, just concerned bout the mounting holes from the cap. I'm well aquainted with removing taped on stuff--purchased a heat gun loooong ago--I used to re-trim cars, works great in softening up tape adhesive.
Will post pics when I do it--thinking about the Redfire/Checked pony design.

Fifthwind, finished my pony emblem mod today. Thanks for a great idea...my wife even likes it. Couldn't attach pic here, but was able to put it in my garage. Used my GT pony for the time being, the custom one was a bit pricey for now.

That looks great!!! Even better than mine for some reason. You know that we are the only two stangs in the world that have done that particular mod... so how's that for unique?!
Looks real nice with your chrome tail light bezels. Trust me, you are gonna get a LOT of positive comments on that. I can't go a day without someone asking about it.

Last night, on my way to pick up some Panda Express (Yum) a Shelby GT pulled up next to me at the light and blew his horn. I rolled down my window, and he asked me: "That's an awesome ride...How many Fifthwind editions of the GT were released?"
Needless to say that really made my day.
Wait til summer when I finish the styling mods! then it'll be something!!!!
