and the rear droped at around 2" and the front at about 1.7".
Remember, these are the Sportlines not the Pro-Kit, the pro-kit will have a significant reduction in heigh lowered.
So you might be looking at the rear to drop at 1.5" and the front to drop at around 1.3" I'm guessing. (Pro-Kit)

oh, and to answer the second question, I just installed the springs, nothing else, and everything is fine. It is my DD, but I don't even drive 10,000 miles a year. As far as suspension, the next thing I would do is the strut tower brace, and late down the line new shocks and struts.

Yeah I'll probably be looking at the pro-kit, since where I'm currently located road maintenance doesn't seem to be a high priority. If I was still in FL I'd love to lower it 2-3, but out here with a chin spoiler that would be impossible. I'll probably follow the same path when I start to beef up my suspension, but I was slightly confused from reading some other posts, so thanks a lot for basically clarifying a few things!
