I have read either here or another forum, that car bras that fit the 2007-08 Shelby GTs will also fit the 2007-08 Calif specials. Is this definitely true? And if so, is the below Lebra one ok to buy. We're ready to take a 600 miles out of state trip in mid-March w/our Mustang and don't want to ruin it on Rt 95 at high speeds... from NJ to SC... thanks

I don't know about Lebra, but I've heard Covercraft makes excellent car bra's as well.

I have a winter cover from them and it is top quality.

Subbed to see if it does fit as I'm putting a CA/CS front bumper on in a few weeks.

thanks.. the issue though is finding one that fits the larger front spoiler for a Calif Special. I did call Colgan & they told me they don't make one, and can't guarantee the Shelby GT bra will fit the Calif Special. Also, 5-7 week wait on one anyway because they are custom made, but I need one within 4 wks.

Have you ever thought of doing something like an invisibra/ultrashield? 3M makes it and there are dealers around all states that can install it. Its not going to be the classic black bra...but it is invisible and it works great against rock chips and things of that nature. Im going to get it installed mid-march after my bodykit is re-painted.

no thanks on the clear-bra, but thx for suggestion. I only want a temporary one for out of state highway trips. I have a temp black one for my BMW couple and works great & I take off immediately upon arrival. It's a 2 piece one made my Colgan and its very soft & zero scratches. Just looking for same for Mustang
