I actually run a grocery store and this is always a nightmare for me. I park my mustang way the hell away from everything, luckily we have a side parking area down the side of the building so i park in the back corner of that. Still makes me nervous sitting out there 5 days a week in a heavy traffic area.

Crappy thing is i have people come in every few months when its really windy and say that their car just got nailed by a run away shopping cart. I fill out an accident report and send it in, but our company doesn't pay these claims, its up to our insurance provider and they have told us they will never pay one of these no matter the cost or situation. Hence why all grocery stores have those signs out on the lots saying they aren't responsible for shopping cart accidents. I always feel really bad when this happens to people.

So is it cost effective for a shop to fix holes or minor damage to the plastic bumpers or is it cheaper & quicker for me to just replace it.
