Just installed 1/4 window louvers

1. Is it bolt on?
2. How much to get it painted? Like Tanner said, I'm going with the white and chrome look so I would want the chin spoiler to be vista blue.
3. How careful do you need to be with this? Do I need to worry eveytime I park that I might pull it off from the curb?
See question # 2, regarding tinting the tailights. I was going to go with the euro tailights with all the chrome but then I decided to get the sequetial turn signals instead. I really like the blacked out look on grey, silver, red, black and white. Just not on my blue!

How difficult to install? I am not a mechanic but I do have someone that is very mechanically inclined.
If it needs to be proffesionally installed, what does that normally cost?
I have seen people on these boards be pretty insistent on what brand to buy, any recommendations?

Chin spoiler:
I purchased my chin spoiler from AM and it is a bolt on. You just need to drill the holes under the front bumper and bolt on. I used black automotive spray paint for my chin spoiler to match my side rockers. With that said, I am not sure how much it would cost to have it professionally painted. Yes, you have to be careful around parking blocks and side walks.
Lowering Springs:
I am not real mechanically inclined, so I had several guys from my FPCOA club lead with the install. In order to install the front springs, a strut spring compressor is needed, which you can borrow from Autozone. Autozone will require a deposit and you will get it back once you return the tool. I have the Eibach Pro-kit lowering springs.
Hope this helps!

You could try a rear decklid panel. Here's the one I have (from mustangblackout@yahoo.com).
Also, I think the chrome tail light trim looks good on a vista blue.
