Default Hood struts for Steeda cowl

So I just picked up the Steeda street cowl hood used off a guy locally. Long story short, the location of the hood pins means I will have to ditch my prop-rod. So I'm looking into a set of hood struts. Although I've heard many designs tend to bow the hood, which I ideally want to avoid. So I ask you all for your reccomendations on which strut kit to go with. Thanks!

Go with the NXT Generation/CPC ones, I know a bunch of guys running them on aftermarket hoods and no complaints!

Just recently had my Cervini 2 1/2 " Cowl hood installed with existing Steeda Hood Struts.
Fitment is great with absolutely no bowing. However, some aftermarket hoods are a bit heavy then the origainal and some strut kits wouldn't hold the hood up properly. Easy fix though, I just ordered two of the heavier duty trunk struts ,and WHELLA, everything is great again...!!
