capacitor required??
Anyone aware of a required capacitor for the bi x kit? I ordered a relay harness from retro and it failed within two weeks. I wrote them and this is what i received as a response:-," the relay wiring purchased is not intended for use on a Ford Mustang that fits H13 bulbs, as the only such models run pulsed voltage to the low beams and therefore a capacitor built into the relay wiring is needed".
I ordered the h13 bi-xenon relay harness.... this is a first for me.... Retro has an excellent reputation so i thought i would throw this out to you guys for thoughts before passing judgment..

all is well--Retro built a relay for me-- Great service at the end of the day. they were fair, responsive and easy to deal with. I am still miffed by the original relay failure but impressed with Retro's honest approach.

The pulsed voltage is only present if you have the DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHTS.
Otherwise, when you turn on the low beams, it is NOT pulsed, but straight
12VDC as indicated by the solid oscilliscope readings...
