Install I can do. The paints the problem. I'm debating the pay cervinis to paint or have a local place.

I agree. On the fender they are called pit stripes (explained by Carroll Shelby). On the rear bumper is where the rookie stripes go (so drivers behind you know you're inexperienced). Personally I need to know exactly what is going on my car and the meaning of any decal or placement.
