Default Paint chin spoiler?

I'm planning on buying a chin spoiler from American Muscle, this one to be more precise... http://www.americanmuscle.com/v6-chin-spoiler-0509.html

I was wondering what everyone thinks I should do... paint it to match the body or leave it black and let it match the rocker molding? If I did paint it I'd also be painting the rockers, too keep an even flow of color. I'd really like to see cars with this chin spoiler in black with the rockers in black still, as I'm leaning towards this option but I want to make sure it will still look good! Thanks

Leave it black, IMO.
For some reason I think the black chin spoiler and rocker panels gives the Mustang a sportier look. Then again I'm partial.

+1, also you will constantly have to touch it up from rock trips and other road debris and it will look like crap all chipped up.

Thanks guys, and I too have heard a lot about chipping problems with the spoilers. Looks like i'll be leaving it black... oh and by the way, both of your stangs look great!
I do have a question though for anyone who has bought this spoiler... does it come matched to the rockers or is there some painting that needs to be done? If so, what paint did you use?

i got a cdc and the guys there suggested using these spray cans to paint it. it didnt come all black like that one. came out pretty good and its on its 2nd year still dont look bad. i also did the same thing on the 06. ive got enough left to do them both a few more times if needed. the texture made it look closer to the rockers. i just went a couple light coats. the more coats you put on the rougher it looks. if you dont like it, you can sand it down and start over. then finish it with the trim paint

I painted my AM chin spoiler with black automotive paint. I have to repaint every so often to cover up the rock/debris chips, which isn't difficult.

I like the look of a painted chin- matching the body color - it looks so much cleaner.
But I kept mine flat black for easy touch ups.
