Are you planning on putting your car in car shows? If not, I would stray away from them. If you do a Google Search a few companies show up. Here's one example;

"Putting lambo doors on a Mustang is like coming out of the closet, sure you mite suprise a few people but at the end of the day your still gay" But that's just my opinon on it. If you really want to get them pay the money and get a "good set" if you go the cheep root you will be very sorry.

on the topic of strange doors I wonder what suicide doors would look like on a s197.
Thought I read about someone who did this once

Yeah I've seen the cheaper kits with people who used to go to my high school. They almost ALWAYS had a hydraulic failure and the door would become very difficult to move or open.

Don't bother buying a vehicle specific one that is under $300. Because they can easily wear out within a year and lose their lift capability. And the mustang's doors aren't exactly lightweight by any standards. The universal ones usually come with stronger mechanical parts to accommodate the "heavier" spectrum of cars that might try to fit them on, but beware that the universal ones might need some legwork to get them to fit nicely.

It all comes down to how much you are willing to spend.

Saw one on YouTube done to a Fox Body. It was OK. Kind of strange that your mirrors are about where you need to shut the door.

I think suicide doors would look awesome...

However lambo doors... Saw them on a raised silverado and it made me gag. They're a little too "I swear my ***** isn't too small and as proof, here are some cool doors". Most of the kits I've seen are around 800 bucks. Honestly, that could be spent on some nice performance mods.

Or penile enhancement drugs.
