Default 07 sequential taillight problem

ok guys I noticed I had a couple bulbs out today, a back up light on the Driver side and a brake light on the passenger side, I replaced both bulbs. but now the passenger side is no longer doing its sequential thing, its operating as a standard tail light. I have had this sequential kit for years that I bought from American Muscle and it seems they no longer carry it. as a I result I dont know who the manufacturer is. I feel like maybe the lights are still stuck in a default setting as a result of the bulb being out. this was a plug in kit. I already tried unplugging it and unplugging the battery trying to reset it. and now I am all out of ideas. so I need your help

Not sure who made them for AM, but the ones I bought from WebElectric are guaranteed for life. I thought AM had the the same policy?

I dont know, they replaced the brand I bought with raxiom. tomorrow I am removing the electrical tape and inspect the circuit board.. maybe there will be a reset button hidden there. if I cannot fix it I might be going to the raxioms, I stopped modding my mustang, but that doesnt mean I cant replace the mods that are all ready on it

This sounds pretty odd. Make sure the bulb's going bad didn't blow a fuse or throw anything off. Give them a good once over and let me know if we can be of any assistance! We can definitely look into your order history for you and see what's under warranty.

I hope this helps!

hey dan, I already looked over my order history, the lights I purchased from you didn't have any warranty I am aware of, I purchased them in nov2010. and they weren't known as raxioms then. so I am not expecting much in the way of customer support for a discontinued product. but I am going to give it another try now that the burns on my hand have healed.

please post back with results cause mine are acting weird as well (flashing the inner two together and then the third outer one in sequence, but only on one taillight). I purchased mine in back in September 2009 and I think it was branded as a Stack Racing product.

That's definitely the issue! However you're correct, that harness is not under warranty. Warranty or not we'll never leave you high and dry! Give my CS team a call and explain what happened and we'll do whatever we can to help you.

I hope this helps!
