opinions on super snake style stripes

Thanks. I have thought about hash stripes but there's a guy with a silver Vette at the gym every morning with hash stripes on his car. I'd hate for hime to think I am copying his car. Sounds a little silly but his name is Harvey, mine is Harley, I dunno I'll just not put them on.

I also like the matte black on that particular car. Another option that might not look bad is a light gunmetal gray stripe. Something a shade or two darker than your silver. Might look good being very subtle.

Here is a pic of my black GT with matte black SS stripes. I know that you were wondering about how it would look with a hood scoop, so here's a pic for reference. The stripes just pretty much go around it instead of covering it lol. Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic, I can take more pics if you are interested.

Yah, I'm pretty sure I will leave the stripes off the hood scoop, With the wide stripe it would be hard to cover it anyhow. It would be probably easier to paint it if I wanted it to match the stripes.

I would go with matte, but depending of the brand of vinyl, they don't all look the same, mine come Baltimor street mods ( he use 3M ) and they are not that matte, on bright sunlight you can see a little light metallic on them. Impossible to see on picture. There also easy to maintain.
