Hey everyone im back again with the same question i asked months ago. A huge problem arose when my friend told me that the stripes i was about to order were terrible quality. i took this as a bad omen since im very superstitious and i didnt want to waste my money. I cut my choices down to 3 different styles at this point. i currently have a rocker stripe in white on my black 2007. heres the choices:

-reverse c stripe in white

-keep the rocker
-remove rocker and go for completely black look

Either vote in the poll or comment, i just need some opinions again. =)

The Boss style stripe could look good, I'm just not a fan of it. Just doesn't appeal to me for some reason.

Do you have a link to the stripes your friend said were bad quality?

It sound's to me like you have 3 pretty good options. I'm confident that you will be very happy with the cosmetics of the car with the C stripe, Rocker or Rocker removed!

No poll, and you should post a picture of your car too, since you are talking about removing existing stripes. I wouldn't be afraid of AM's stripes, check the reviews and posts about their customer service.

And superstition doesn't have anything to do with it.

I have a black mustang and went with all white stripes and graphics. I added the 12 inch lemans stripes, the mustang gt rocker stripes and the mustang window decal, and couldn't be happier. I think it looks great and get compliments all the time. Also I ordered them from AM and am very satisfied with the quality of each product. Good luck but either way you'll be happy.

I'd only say that removing the white stripes...you might find that if your paint has faded somewhat due to age and weather when you pull the stripes off, you'll have ghosting where the stripes were. I had it on my 06 Tungsten and my buddy did as well on his 06 black. Mine was garaged except at work and his was in the weather all the time.
