Rim Suggestions?
#21
1) Not saying that Anthracite rims would look bad, but with the textured black OEM molding, you are dipping into the "3 color rule" and thus risking the rims "not feeling or looking right". If that molding was all red, your options would increase and the Anthracite would fit right in, with or without a chrome lip.
2) Find a rim that will accent the black molding, yet draw attention to the rim and flow with the color scheme.A little bit of chrome isn't going to hurt as long as it can play off one of the other colors.
3) Your black molding is your biggest issue because the visual line cuts right thru the center of your wheels, so you want to find something that keeps the line (and your eyes) flowing vs. breaking.
I totally agree and they are a VERY practical choice and for an OEM wheel, they look sharp!
