Thanks! Ha yeah I hate them too. No so much red dirt where I live, but A LOT of dust. I'll be moving to town in the next few weeks, so no more washing my car all the time.

Ah, yes. I'm glad you found this thread. Do you ever second guess your decision to go with a 1.5" drop around our town?

How much do springs "settle" over time?

FWIW, I have a couple of friends here in town that run sportlines. One has a GT/CS and the other a CDC Classic chin. I've never heard them complaining about scraping. I have a much milder drop, but a really low chin spoiler. You only really have to watch out for parking curbs. Just don't pull all the way in and you should be fine with any drop!

Nope... never gave it a second thought. In fact I wouldn't mind if it was 1/4" lower or so. Never had any issues with scrapping in the 2 years I've had them installed. The springs do settle but when I first installed them it only dropped the car a little over an inch. They have since settled but I don't think I got to the full 1.5" drop. Probably slightly less than that.

The Eibach Pro-Kit is a great kit. It gives the car a really nice stance without going too low.

I'm not lowered (will be in about a week though), I have the cdc chin on my sixxer. Decided to start backing up into every parking space haha.

Let us know if we can help you out at all..

Any springs you go with will make a huge difference compared to the stock springs. Eibach Pro-kit offers are great drop however, the drop in the pro-kits very from one set to another. I've seen customers who get a 1 inch drop and others who get 1.5, big difference.
BMR springs are great, sportlines offer an aggressive drop that looks awesome but the practicality of them come to question with front chin spoilers.

With any spring kit we recommend new struts and shocks, this together will transform the quality of your car!!

That's what I'm running, and I live on a gravel road. (seems like a minefield sometimes)
