Default Wheel locking kit

Looks like my Mustang GT should be built any day now, but it looks like the dealer forgot to include the wheel locking kit in the order. This doesn't seem like a big deal, but are the wheel locks recommended, and is it possible for the dealer to order that separately(or maybe they have them in stock)? Are there third party kits that are available(and might be better than the factory kit anyway)? Thanks!

That's something the dealer adds later. My car came with them and I paid the extra $50 for them but I've never installed them. They're still in the official Ford plastic bag sitting in my glove box waiting for me to get around to doing something about them. Stolen wheels are quite rare where I live, so I've never really worried much about wheel locks.

If you're interested in mine, send me an e-mail message. I'll let them go for what I paid and I'll even cover the shipping costs to any of the lower 48 states.

There are a few profiles, threads, lengths. I like McGuard premium; just get the right ones for your stud AND wheel combination (especially if you are not using OEM rims)

P.S. if you're just running OEM rims, like 17"bullits or premiums. ...they ain't worth stealing. ...have to give them away now.

I think it's unlikely someone would have the opportunity to steal my wheels, but it's a cheap security feature so why not. You might not how they look on some wheels but they're barely noticable on the ones I have. You can see the lock nut in my icon picture if you look closely.
