I have considered trying it with my Pro 5.0. Just afraid that I would end up screwing up the feel of the shifts, which I REALLY like.

Thanks for the great link! Not only did they have a great article on installing the Hurst Shifter, but they even had an article for installing my new Flowmaster Mufflers!
