tint???
depends on the state...your local tint shop would be able to tell you, they generally won't do anything "illegal", or at least they won't give you a receipt or warranty for it
I have limo tint on quarters and back...30% on front that's legal in TX as far as I know. Most importantly: PUT FELT ON THE INSIDE BETWEEN THE WINDOW AND THE PLASTIC MOLDING, or have the shop do it for you...if not, your tint will eventually have vertical scratches. I didn't do it the 1st time and ended up having windows tinted over again (under lifetime warranty but still a pain).

Yes... don't forget to add the felt in the window frame. Any reputable shop will inform you up front that you need it. Most have the knowledge of exactly what is legal..... different in each state
I have 5%, yes it is dark, but it looks Hot on my car. Plus when it's 115 degrees in Phoenix this summer, it helps a lot!
