I'm just thinking that because your car is black, the insert won't be very noticable. Me personally, I want every mod I install to have a certain effect; appearance, performance improvement, better handling, whatever, you get the picture. I wouldn't spend the money on an exterior upgrade unless it gave me some type of visual gratification. I wouldn't want it to be camoflaged or subdued by the color of my car, you want it to stand out. I would spend the money on a mod that anyone watching would notice as you went by. This is just the thought process I use when picking out an exterior mod because I want people to notice what I've done. Nothing worse than dumping money on an visual upgrade and you can't even see it.

Even though it might not really stand out, I think it's a nice kickback to the old mach's, and if they come down on the price a little I might pick one up. Even though it doesn't 'pop' I believe it's noticable, and I'm sure anyone whose ever tried to track down an old honeycomb will spot it. I do mods for me though, not other people

That looks GREAT by the way Wicked Pony, the more I look at it the more I think it makes the tail complete.

I like it. Reminds me of the 1970 Mach 1. [sm=wootwoot.gif]
