Default "message center"

so what exactly is the "message center" that comes with the IUP? What sort of "messages" does it display? I'm assuming maybe mpg, outside temp, that sort of thing?

It tells you how much further you can go till empty, how many gallons of gas you have used since you last reset, average Miles per Gallon, average miles per hour, trip odometer, and odometer. I think thats it.

It also allows you to set your units (eng./met.), do your MyColor, a few other readings I'm forgetting, and displays engine codes.

While we're on the subject, has anyone installed the message center on a GT that didn't come with it originally?

There's another option on the Message Center that gives a sort of maintenance report. I was just pushing the buttons last night and the Message Center went into this sort of diagnostic mode, it said that the oil level was ok, and a bunch of other things that were also ok.
