How do you get the radiator cover off?

Haha, I cannot figure out how to get this radiator cover off with these little twisty things.

Pop up the center push button on the clips with a thin flat screwdriver or the like, then pull the entire clip out.

Like Scooter said...Use a flat tip to pop out the center piece of the plastic pin; but DO NOT pull up on it! Use the same screwdriver to pry up the bottom piece after you have popped up the center piece. If you just pull up on the center piece it will break off. Take out all the push pins and then lift the cover right up, it will be loose and come right off.

Killer is right. Sorry, should have been more clear. By "whole thing" I meant to now pull it out by grabbing the larger part and pulling the whole thing out.

i hope all you are planning on doing is altering the grille or the like. If pressure clips are difficult to figure out, im a little concerned about you altering any portion of the engine parts. No offense intended....just saying.
