This is a minor, but annoying problem -

Does anyone have problems with their windows squeaking or not going all the way down. Ever since I bought the car the windows had squeaked and left smudges on the window after rolling up, but now the drivers side window doesn't go all the way down (only sticks up about a 1/4" but dammed if that's not annoying) and every so often when the window is going up automatically it seems to stick then roll back down on it's own...

Weird. Any one have similar issues or possible solutions?

You can try to reset the windows. Theres a procedure in your owners manual for this. Its worth a try before goin back to the dealer.
