Default Hard wiring?

Hi all

Need a little help please, I have bought a Pioneer AVID-Z1 Which has GPS and Sirius Satellite Radio which means I am going to have to install 2 antennas into the car. As well as this I have a Valentine Radar I would like to hardwire as well because thats got wires all over the place.

Is it possible to take off the dash in order to run some power cables down the back of it? I have my radar in the center of the dash, I like it here its easy to see but currently I have to use the 12v socket but would like to run the cables behind the dash. Anyone have a pdf on removing the dash please?

The two antennas are magnetic but not sure if I want to put both of these on the roof, I think I could get anyway with having them on the parcel shelf under the back windscreen, I know Sirius works ok with this.

Can anyone help advise me on getting my cables from the front of the car to the back? Never taken moulding off myself but it didn't look that hard when the alarm guy was installing.

Thank you for any help

Stuart

Stuart,

Have you checked the thread labeled "Informational Documents" in the topic area? There are some PDF's there that may be what you're looking for.
