It seems to be all I can notice right now, bugs the crap out of me. If it cracks i'll have the whole thing replaced by insurance.

I think you jinxed me because a small rock chip hit my windshield on the way to work today.

Well I was unfortunate enough yesterday to have a rock chip my front windshield. I heard a loud crack and didn't notice it until later that day when I was washing the car off. Has anyone else had this happen to them yet? I have SafeLite coming out to work to repair it sometime today.

My windshield is covered with them. I am hesitate about replacing it because I have heard nightmare stories where they leak, make noises after replacements and so on.
I replaced the windshield on my Mazda 6 a while back and have had none of the above issues. Work was done by some local guy also. All he said to watch for was to not close the doors with the windows all the way up for the first 8 hours or so to let the seal cure.

Got a big one about two weeks ago on the passenger side. It happened while I was going about 75 MPH on the freeway, and I'm pretty sure that any of my other car's windshields would have chipped as well under the same conditions. Sounded like someone hitting a phone pole with a basebal bat. There was a guy at the dealership who fixed it in about an hour for $50. You can definitely see that it's been fixed, but it seems to be holding fine and it definitely looks better than it did before he patched it.
