Help With JLT II CAI Install
The instructions say to replace the factory hard line PCV hose on the valve cover with the hose in the JLT kit, but I am unsure how I take it off? Do I take it off of the at the part that connects to the engine, which would leave it attached to the stock intake?
What kind of tool do I need to disconnect the stock MAF sensor from the stock air box and install onto the JLT MAF port? What size wrench do I need to disconnect the stock air box from the car?
Any help would be a great thanks!

OK, the PCV Hose is easy. Just put your fingers on the end of the hose nearest the valve cover and you should feel the little clips. Just press and the hose will slide right off. The whole intake assembly should all come out in one piece as long as you unbolt the air box (1 bolt) and use a TORQUE type screw driver for the MAF removal.

I just ordered a JLT, and wondered if anyone installed some sore of rubber trim ring on the top portion of the heat shield? Similiar to C&L, etc. Does this hit the hood blanket, and or does the filter get crushed from the hood?
Thanks[/align]

You need a torque screw driver. If you don't have a set you can get a screw driver with reversible bits at discount auto parts for cheap. One of the bits will fit the Maf, i guarantee it. just tell them your trying to remove some torque screws and they should know what you need.
