A bunch of us from the Forums met up last night at the Englishtown Raceway in New Jersey for a little fun. It was my first time at any track so I was just hoping to get in the 13s.

13.2 @ 106mph. 2.039 60'.

The car can get into the 12s I'm certain, maybe even on street tires. I just need to improve in various places and I think I can do it. First things first, I need to get her dynoed to see where she's making power till so I know when to shift properly.

I've got an Off-road H-pipe, SLP Loudmouths (Haha, you can tell how loud the car is from the video...) C&L Intake and a Tune from Brenspeed.

I'm going racing tomorrow also. Ordered two more Bullitt chrome wheels for my drag tires. Now I'll be ready, last week I was fish tailing so bad on the first run I thought I was going to hit the wall, lucky for me it fish tailed again.

 

I'm really glad they got the video. Nice show for the first time out. It's a blast isn't it? So now it's just a matter of time until your looking for a blower then some serious suspension mods. It's very addicting and hard to stop! -Joe

 

I'm not trying to spend too much money on the car. I've got other things to buy and stuff, the ordinary life stuff. Anyway, I'll just be happy to get into the 12s. Though once I get in the high 12s, I'll want to be in the mid 12s... then I'll want to get into the low 12s... and so on. lol. I'm trying to figure out what I should do, to help me get into the 12s consistantly. I know a major part of it will have to be my launches and such. I think my shifts are ok? I just need to get her dynoed to find out what she's getting power at exactly. I might get her Dyno Tuned on the 22nd. Depends if the price of getting her dyno tuned will be worth the performance.
