Burnout with a Manual?
Hey guys, I'm 21 years old and I just recently bought a used 05' GT. It has a stick and the tires are old. You can see where I'm going with this right lol?
Anyway I gotten acustomed to driving stick now but I don't have a clue on how to do a burnout with a stick.
Any help would be much appreciated!!!

by "drop the clutch" to you mean pop it, or just let off, because you might be able to rev up and slide your left foot off the cluch to the brake and then pull it off really fast so the clutch literally springs closed and boom, burnout.
P.S. this is just a hunch, i just turned 15, i cant drive yet.
oh yeahz, and i guess it would work with leaving some long tire tracks, just slide to the left and pop it.
please tell me if theres any flaw in my logic

1. Go outside of town and find a road with no traffic.
2. Check for Cops, kids, animals
3. Stop in middle of road
4. Put in 1st gear, rev engine to 3000 RPM
5. Let out clutch as fast as possible without side stepping and letting go
6. Rev up to 5000 RPM in 1st, then slow down and stop
7. Repeat 4 - 6 until you get the hang of it, your bald tires let go, or the Cops show up
