Yeah I had them on my Lifted F-150 prior to getting it painted and have a few interesting stories of things that happen. Once while driving on the Freeway I had a Prison Guard think he was important and tried to flag me over for going about 75MPH I simply smiled at him and pointed to the badges which where on the front fender and he looks at them and then knods his head ok and waves at me like he was sorry. I could only laugh at him for being so stupid.

Ummm, yea.....that's the kind of thing I'm talking about.lol I would be WAY too tempted to do things I don't normally do.[8D] Although, let's face it........those would look nice on a shiny black GT.

Just outta curiousity.......why do you want to get rid of them?

I had my truck painted last year and purchased them with the intent of putting them back on. And after getting the truck back just did not think they would look right with the paint scheme. I do however still have one on my tailgate but it will also be gone once i get the mural painted on my tailgate along with having the emblmes and handle shaved. Here is my truck just so you understand.
