Lowering questions???
Ok i plan to lower the Mustang as soon as I bring it home and have been hearing that it is also highly recommended that I replace the stock panhard bar with and adjustable one as the rear end is most likely going to shift on me when i lower it and the only way to get it back inline is the with an adj panhard bar. I have already purchased the Eibach Pro Springs. I am the type of person that prefers to do things right so please help me make the right choices. Some say it is not needed but others insist it is mandatory for proper rear end geometry. I have also heard i should get some better lower control arms at some point.
Now this car is NOT going to be used as a race track car and is mainly a daily driver/ Show car like my truck is. But i still want it right if you know what i mean.
I am looking at the BMR Chrome Moly Adj Panhard Bar and the BMR Panhard suprt bar

Measure before you lower; should be within an 1/8 (side to side) although one thread out here, a person said OE is deliberately out 1/2". You may want to see if after lowering you are within an 1/8 or so; If you are, save your $$ from BMR's adj PB. The OE one is plenty strong enough for you; it's a matter of keeping the rearend essentially centered between the wheelwells. (Mine moved a full 1/2" and that was too much for me so I went with BMR adj)
If you are going to do things right follow hawgmans advice. Do yourself a favor and go ahead and get the Tokico D-Spec shocks and struts too. It makes a huge difference in the ride quality and you can adjust it to your liking.
You should get the Eibach front end alignment bolts. This is the cheaper option instead of the camber adjustment plates. Your front tires will start to wear on the inside if you don't do anything.
