any help please

car jerked on me in second then ran fine but fuel pressure was pegged at 80 psi and locked there. restarted car and fuel pressure seems to be reading ok now opened hood and saw what appeared to be gray splatter of some type on left engine bank near fuel injectors but it looked like it may have come from the road because i could see some on the sawy bar below.

any ideas???
