Default HELP!

i don't know what the deal is. my stang use to feel so fast, especially when i first got it, but now, it just feels slow, like i don't get that seat-of-the-pants feel anymore, like when i go WOT it feels like its only at part throttle. i know part of it is that i got used to the acceleration, but like then i get in my dad's lexus and it feels fast, like it pulls. whats the deal? could my clutch be out? whenever i put in the clutch it now squeaks, and i feel like i dont get the same linkage when starting from a stop.
the worst thing is at WOT in second gear, i feel nothing. like the car isn't pulling at all. all the noise is there, but none of the funk.

help me!

Try disconnecting the battery. That will reset the computer. It learns to adapt to driving styles.
That's what I have been told and I tried it and it seemed to work. It's free to give it a go.

If your clutch is total out .. then the cars RPM's should go up, but the speed of the car won't go up.. that is if is totally gone.. yours might be going out.. but I don't think so.. JMO .. I think you are just getting use to it.. again JMO.. will the car stall if you start out in third or fourth gear.. if it does.. then you don't need a clutch..!!! (no don't try and make it keep running.. just rev up to about 2 -3 k and take off in 3rd gear ) lets see what happens..

wow. i was a bit skeptical about the battery thing but i gotta tell ya IT WORKED. maybe its just the placebo effect, but the car now rears and snorts the way i remember when u get on the throttle. one thing i noticed is snap-throttle. in 1st gear at about 10 mph the rear tires now spin/chirp when u floor it, which wasn't happening b4. thanks for the tips.
i think my clutch is fine lol.

hahaha. i wish. don't have the money, plus i don't wanna be too mean to those ricers; it just wouldn't be nice to hape 400+hp when they still are stuck in the 16's.
