I was told that the Skipper500 had aux input/outputs on the rear, yet I see none?

Is there something I'm missing out on here? An adapter I need?

Am I just screwed?


Trying to install an amp/sub and a XM Skifi unit....

you need a PIE adaptor. you can get it on crutchfield.com. use the search function to locate information on it here.

there is no aux output on the shaker. hooking up an amp will require either tapping into the speaker outputs and running a speaker-to-line-level convertor or an entirely new head unit.

there is an aux input, which requires a digital input through the CAN-BUS. The PIE does this. The XM will plug into the PIE adaptor.
