Default XM Radio

ok, so i got an xm radio and was fooling around installing it and came up with the absolute best place to mount it. For anyone thinking about doing this, this is the way to go!!

so, i ran the antenna up through the little places that are for child restraints(no children lol). Then i cut the cover to fit perfectly with the xm antenna, and ran the wires to the console. There is only one place where the wire shows and that is behind the console for about 1 inch!!! i think its great and i get perfect reception!!

Just got done doing that. As far as installing your head unit, I'll post detailed instructions in a new thread tomorrow. I have ZERO exposed wires. ZERO.

Yea its a great idea except you are about a month late with it lol...

I put a post up a few weeks ago about running the antenna back there..
Its an awesome place for it nonetheless, I'm glad you put it there it looks nice and as if it belongs
