Default HELP !!! Retune for new exhaust?

I am having trouble getting a hold of the guy who programmed my SCT tuner for my 06 GT Auto. It was set up for a C&L intake install, but I just put on a Bassani x-pipe cats and mufflers and am not sure what if anything to adjust on the tune... Anybody got any input for me? Going to the track in an hour and a half. Please advise.

I have the C&L CAI but with a Diablo tune. I got an instruction sheet from C&L that says: If you install an off road or high flow catalytic X or H pipe, headers or throttle body, it may require you to make small adjustments to the fuel at WOT. The use of a dyno equipped with a wide-band air/fuel ratio monitor is helpful in making such adjustments and you should try to maintain your WOT air/fuel ration from 12.8:1 (conservative) to 13.2:1 (aggressive) in the upper RPMs.

I hope this helps

Rather than guessing what to adjust.

Spend the cash and put your car on a dyno and do it right.

Thanks to both of you for answering. Brent e-mailed this morning and said that if anything to maybe increase fuel 2% at WOT. I thought it would be somethig like that.

You are right GT John, its best to hit the Dyno... but it would be nice to have that power at home and not pay every time, right - which brings up another question - the SCT x2 unit I have can be connected to a laptop and capture live diagnostic info while driving... how accurate is the info compared to a dyno diagnostic ? ... actual driving would seem to be a better test than strapped to a giant metal log... It would seem that the only thing you couldnt measure as accurately would be actual rear wheel stats.... does the torque reading the software gives represent at the shaft or what? I havent found much good documentation for the program yet. Sorry if these are noob questions - I am only recently a member of the Mustang owners of the world, and darn glad to be one.
