255/40s on front and 295/35s on back. You probably won't even need to recalibrate the PCM. Speedo will be off by about 3mph at 65mph.

If you want similar ride height and still good shock absorbing, I'd go 255/45/18. These are also one of the hightest reccomended sizes for the 18x9 rim, but some want a little less profile...
I just got the 18x9 w/255/45/18 combo and am Very happy!

I would suggest 255/45-18 or 275/40-18 all around. Staggering the tires on non-staggered doesn't look good. 255s will offer the better handling, while 275 would offer better traction and braking.
