3V comparisons
just out of sheer curiousity......stock for stock, how does a 3V GT motor compare to......
99-01 cobra?
Mach1?
LS1?
LT1?
what about in terms of N/A potential, how does the 3v compare to these motors?

who cares about stock, it wont be for long anyway i bet you...and once you put on one mod you won't be able to stop, trust me.
faster than 99-01 cobras by a hair, a driver's race with a mach1, will lose to an LS1 but put up a fight against LS1 z28, will annihilate an LT1 (stock one)...and of course these are very rough generalizations assuming equal drivers.
NA potential is about 400rwhp when its tricked out and has cams/heads, on otherwise stock internals. a built one (as in completely built, bored, forged, everything) could probly put down 550rwhp with a completely race setup, but won't be steetable. it would also cost half as much as the car itself.
the 3v responds about as well as an LS1 to mods, and though ford is behind a few years in performance engines, we finally have a motor that can put up a little competition to gods great gift the LS1
