1. if you have owned hi-pro cars and raced autocross, you need no opinions.

2. nothing insulting about my last post

3. this is called a "forum"........... guess what that means ???

4. every venue needs someone exactly like me............ live with it.

5. next time try a little more tact than.... your opening question, as a "newbie". WTF were u expecting ??? go buy the ricer ? i hate my mustang ? oh !!!!!!! that 350 gets me off ?

6. u r female aren't you ? if not, u r a 17-22 yo male.

7. $%(*^)%$P(*%*()(^##*__*^$#

DUDE ...honesty .. chill out..... u get way too hyped up over a damn forum! i mean **** that just ruined the whole good vibe about the thread! bc now eveyone has to weed through ur hissy fit to read the dagum post!

I myself like both cars. The 350z sits a little bit lower to the ground with a better stock suspension that will outhandle the GT. THe 350 is about 100lbs less with the same hp numbers but a little torque possibly with the v6. The aftermarket industry for both cars is amazing, I would say the nissan might even be bigger because the import scene is huge now and the Z's have been track driven hard. If your looking for a track car I would get Z. If your looking for a car to take to the drags, cruise around, and stand out in a crowd by changing little on your car like some 20" rims. Get the Mustang. I think both are great cars but which would you rather have. If you search you can see a car that was done amazing the Option 350z. It was built for the silver state classic where it crashed. But 850hp twin turbo is something to peek at.

Good points, however you also should look at how much was spent getting that Z to 850hp, vs. getting a Stang to the same kinda numbers. You can make any performance car go fast and get big numbers, but unless you are Donald Trump, the end amount matters.

Truthfully, I think the Mustang and the Z are the two best looking production cars on the road today. I went with the Mustang over the Z because of the price. My fully loaded V6 with an auto trans is $24k, the Z with an auto and fully loaded is more than $30k.

I haven't been disappointed by my decision.

Claytone took words right out of my mouth. I feel the Mustang is better overall, and truthfully the Mustang is not far behind it once you drop it and get some new tires that is for sure. The main thing is that you like the car and fact is that I loved the car and the price was cheaper than a GTO, G35, 350Z, etc... That is what edged me toward the Mustang more and hey it's a MUSTANG GT a true sports car that is respected by all.
