Default Tire size recomendations

I just ordered Anthracite Deep Dish Bullitt rims for my 05 GT. I ordered 18X9 for the front and 18X10 for the rare. I was wondering if anyone has this same set up, what tires size are you using I was advised to put 245-35-18 on the front and 265-35-18 on the backs. I don't want the back tires to stick out too much and looks stupid. I want as nice as a ride as possibly wile improving traction and handling. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Peter T.

Ive got 255's up front and 285's on the rear. Next time, Im going with 265 up front and 295ish out back. I like fat tires.

I dont have my flash drive with me today or I would paste a pic of my car on here....

Well this is my first post here, so I guess i'll just jump right in. I have the same rims, but in chrome. Tires are Nitto555's all the way around, with 295/45/18's in back and 255/45/18's in front.

Some pics can be found here. http://s11.photobucket.com/albums/a163/Pantera72/

BTW, the back tires do not stick out at all.

I'd say 255/45 in front, and, if you don't want to throw off your speedo, 275/40 or 295/35 rear.

Any issues with rubbing? Also, do you have any pics from right behind the car to show the tire size? all of your pics have shadows, hard to get a good look!
