Does anyone know a good way to clean the tan leather seats?
I've already had the bottom part of the seat replaced because it had a worn hole. It was 335 dollars free because of the warranty however the top part is still there and it has turned kinda of blue because of my uniform. I've tried all kind of leather cleaners . Can someone give me a tip?

Mine are dark gray .. but anyway I got the stuff from Ford made just for cleaning the seats..
it seems to work.. part number in your owners manual.. you can get it on line at
www.fordparts.com <-- if you look on that site you will find it.. $12 to your door I think.. cheap IMO

A good general purpose cleaner I've found is the orange cleaners - Fantastic, Orange Glo, etc. I wouldn't spray directly on the seats, but spray on a towel and then wipe the seats. I've sprayed mine directly to clean a couple of spots and it will lighten the areas where it's sprayed/misted - but it you just spray the towel and wipe again it's gone. Then use your favorite leather wipe/conditioner.

I have found that the best leather cleaner is made by Zaino Bros. They also have a very good wax and polish kit. It is the ony thing I use on my cars. They are a little pricey but you get your money worth. Check out their website. http://www.zainostore.com

Listen up, all the so called Leather cleaners out there suck. I've tried them all. Trust me, with a 3 and 4 yr old and leather seats in my cars, couches, chairs etc I know alittle about getting these things clean especially ink crayon paint and just plain dirt.
The absolute best thing is to use plain dish detergent such as dawn etc. on a wet towel or greenback sponge. You won't believe the dirt that will come off leather that you "thought" was clean!
However, and this is important. Detergent will also remove the oils from the leather so you must follow up with a good leather conditioner. Macguiars, Mothers, Lexol, whatever. They all work ok.
"Hear me now, believe me later!"
