I was wondering if anyone knew of any shops in Las Vegas that will install gears and t-lock for a reasonable price. I've spoken with a driveline shop that quoted me 1180 which seems way way too high and I spoke with ford which said 6hrs of labor so about 600 at 103 an hour. Anyone know of any cheaper places, or what it should be about? Thanks.

Try to find the smaller proformance shops around your city. Local car forums may be a good place to start.

It amazed me how big the variation in estimates are. The larger driveline shops all seems to be estimating 1100 for install and then I found another place that said 450 which is the lowest I've found so far.
