I work full time and go to school full time as well. Trust me, you'll find time to clean it. You see that layer of dirt start to build up and then you start to feel bad. Next thing you know, your washing it. At first I was worried about the black, but no regrets. Two thumbs up!

Yeah I really want the manual.. I guess mainly because I want to be able to sit at red lights and **** people off.. because from what Ive heard Ford did a really good job at making this auto as quick as the 5 speed..

Im not really going to have the time to wash it and wax it as often as I should..
You'll find the time.
LOL, during the winter, it rained almost constantly.
Sometimes it would clear up long enough to wash it, only to start raining again.
Once I even got tired of waiting for the rain to stop, put on my jacket and hood, and washed it in the rain.
At least I didn't have to worry about the soap drying.

well, i for some unknow reason have a manual gt and auto v6 both black. love the red interior, the black is a bit more work but honeslty the car deserves to be clean all the time. btween the two and leaving the power issue out the manual is much more fun to drive. its a sports car... taking the shifting out of it is taking some of the fun out of it. put in a set of 4:10 gears, start of in 2nd and solve some of the shifting problems if concerned about traffic. i haven't regretted either black or manual

Get what you want.
As far as the wheels go the 17's are what come with it so are free so to speak, to spend $900ish for the upgrade is cheap if you think you want them later. Later it will cost more just for rims or tires.
