Heres a brief schedule of some regularly scheduled meets on LI. Tuesday, Thursday, Fridays and Sundays get the best turn out. It might rain this Friday so bellemore might be questionable, but if this Sunday is anything like last sunday, it should be a great day. There were several hubdred cars there. People start showing up around 7:30 AM (Don't these guys believe in sleep?) and by noon, most of the cars are gone.

Hey man! I just noticed that my car is on that picture. I was going to take a couple of pictures last Sunday when I was there, then went to turn the camera on and the batteries were dead!! Just my luck, had a good time there with you guys though. I might pass by Bellmore tomorrow but I might not stay if its raining. I'll be at Captree on Sunday again though.

 

Hi Dkano, I didn't recognise your car. It was great talking to you Sunday. I did not bring my camera either. Rob took these. He sent me some pictures.

Bellemore might be a washout this weekend but OakBeach park should be good. Not that many guys are going to captree any more since they started charging admission. Hope to see you Sunday.

I haven't been to that one myself. Someone told me about that one. From what I've been told, Bald hill is the one to go to on Tuesdays. On any given Tuesday, there could be anywhere from 600-1000 cars there. Oakdale on Thursdays is pretty big also.
