Default RE: borla v. corsa

Basically any aftermarket exhaust is going to be louder and more aggressive than stock. All will produce a distinct tone. The Corsa's are probably not the loudest of the bunch i will admit. However, there is NO drone. That's what you are really getting with the Corsa's and probably much reason for the price. I really like them. At times i would like to hear my stereo or carry on a conversation with someone but when i get on it, it really roars. It's got a great sound but not annoyingly loud. I'm sure it would really scream with a different x or h pipe. In all honesty any of the aftermarket exhaust systems are going to be good. The questions are, what sound do you want? Can you deal with the drone or do you want no drone? How loud do you want it? I don't think any of them are better than the other. It's all a matter of preference. It also seems to be the hardest mod to decide on too given all the threads created on the subject. I'm just glad i was able to make up my mind and i don't regret my purchase. I will say that if this wasn't my daily driver than i would probably go with something louder. IMO this is the perfect daily driver exhaust.
