I beat a 2006 Z06 with my hands tied behind my back............wait that was me day dreaming i dont see many of these cars running around and if i do its some really old guy who doesnt want to race.

I really wouldn't like my chances. (If the other guy is trying.) I can see a few of the older models being within reach. The opportunity has never presented itself though.

That's the only Vette who's even given me a go...can never get any of the newer models to even let me have a shot

I had the priviledge of racing a modded[X(] vette at the track. It barely edged me in the 1/8th surprisingly, and it opened up the gap by about 5 cars by the end of the quarter. That thing seemed like it hit a switch or something.[>:]

Getaway

I raced an early-to-mid 90's Vette (fourth generation?) from a roll, and was pulling on him a little. We were pretty even though. It appeared to be a stock auto...the guy had dealership tags, so I doubt it was modified. Would've liked to go from a dig, but didn't have the opportunity.

My neighboor took me for a spin in his Z06. That thing was amazing. I woundn't even come close.
