Man [:@] I ordered the Baer Brake upgrade kit from the Brothers Performance website. I received the rear kit and my new pads but not the front kit. I called them and they said that Baer had not finished manufacturing them. WTF!!! I am about sick and tired of people saying they have things when they don't. I don't know why these genius's can't post these items as coming soon or something. Now am I thinking about returning the whole thing just because of the sales misrepresentation.
What would you guys do?

that's a tough one..... How long is it suppose to be befor ethey are released ??? I mean you have the rears now right.... But on the other hand it's like they lied to you about having them. Myself, I think I would return them and never use them again. That would just tick me off to no end to only get half of what you ordered.

They are saying end of June. I hate that crap too. I have no idea how some of these folks stay in business when they have no idea when they can produce or sell a product. If they could tell me June 19th or whatever I would be happy but this "we'll be ready to ship in two weeks" crap is unbelievable. I am so mad right now. Spending over a G to have crap sit in a box[:@]

Yeah I think I am going to return them. [:@] I highly encourage you all not to purchase through Brothers Perf. Had they called me or emailed me first and said "duh sorry we just put it there for looks we really didn't think anyone would order" Instead charging me for all of it and sending me half of it maybe I would feel diffrently right now, but they didn't they just played the dumb game. WTF am I supposed to do with a rear brake kit without the front? This is just bad business practice. I don't know what they were thinking to believe I would be happy to give them over a thousand dollars for a half order I can't use.

I just sent them an email telling them how disapointed I am and that I want a refund. I will see what they come back with but as of now I don't feel that I will ever order anything from them again.

I ordered a rear blackout panel from Brothers Performance. After a month, I asked them what was up. They said that it was "a new item" and wouldn't be in for another couple weeks. A few weeks after that I asked about the status of my order again. It was "on backorder". Decided to cancel the order. Not buying from them again. [:'(]

That rediculous, I have only ever had one problem ordering parts and it was with summit(but actually turned out to be my fault) the product I ordered was Pacesetter LT for my LT1 Z28 and the matchin y-pipe(darn fbody exhaust). The website said they had everything in stock, and i guess this is where i made my mistake. I live in central Ohio, and seein that summit is located in ohio i thought i could get everythin within 2 days time. But when they said in stock i forgot to see where, they have another store in Nevada i believe and thats where it was in "stock"( and it said that on there site too) so instead of next-dayin everything i had to wait a week after the headers showed up. Anyways....sorry but that is the only problem i ever had ever orderin something.

But I really appreciate feedback like this about Aftermarket vendors, i think it helps everyone to find a customer friendly store that isnt a PIA to deal with....

Sorry but not only would i send the kit back i would demand the shipping fees back and I would send them a formal(yeah right) letter tellin them how F$#@ed that was/is[:@].
