Wogger are you from Canada?
Vehicles by law in Canada have to have DRL's, so yes the Mustang's in Canada have them. Don't know about disabling though, sorry.

We are daytime running lamp less. I read something in the owners manual about turning them off but checked and I dont have them thank god.
Daytime running lamps are for bikes, and even on them they are stupid IMO.

Hi ,yes I am from Canada. I knew that the US Mustangs didn't have them but was hoping that maybe someone on here might have an idea. Like I had wrote previously I was told in another US Ford Forum for Ford trucks how to disable them, and I am hoping someone reading this here might have an idea. I would have to believe that there is someway to disable them, they look like crap especially on a car that won't see dusk or dawn just midday driving at best...
Thx

My car was originally sold in Canada... It has them. I think the only way to turn them off is a trip to the dealer.. I'm not going to bother until I get the Saleen HID's. Then I'll make sure that its off.

Nice ride, she looks like mine's twin sister.
Try this.......... ever so lightly, click your E-brake up 1 notch, this should cancel the DRLs.
Lemme know if it works, it did on a Taurus I had about 7 years ago.

Ok will do, hopefully it works. I read that you also have the Red leather upgrade interior...boy am I glad I ordered it with the car I love the red on black interior. I just ordered 285/40/18 backs and 255/45/18 fronts (BF Goodrich T/A) with the chrome bullet rims should be in next week!!!
Thx for your help.

Itsa pretty hot combo, albeit the "Reds" don't match perfectly, and the back seat appears to be vinyl, rather than leather.
Remember, just "click" the E-brake 1 notch, your panel indicator light should come on, but, the brake really isn't engaged.
Do you run the risk of getting ticketed w/o DRL's ??
