I'm getting my new '07 Vista Blue GT convertible with Parchment (tan) roof.
I was all set to get white racing stripes but I am having second thoughts now b/c of the possible clash the white will have with the tan parchment roof.

Has anyone ever seen a vista blue with tan stripes??? I'm thinking it will look unique and more color coordinated with stripes that match the roof color.
What's your opinion? Should I still stick with white stripes???
And of course, please send me pics of this if you happen to have them!

Sounds like a gross combo!! Get the charcoal top tan looks ugly on the vista IMO!!!

I looked at a Vista blue vert and as soon as I saw that tan top I told the salesman, "That is just butt ugly!"

Why would they even make that combo?

Parchment and vista blue clash really bad. Really, really bad. Have you seen it in person yet??

At first I wanted a parchment interior in my vista blue 06. But then I saw a vert with a parchment interior and top. Changed my mind instantly. Went with the light graphite interior in my coupe.

Of course, JMHO.

i did the same thing classj lol. looking at the mustang book i was thinking parchment with the vista but when i saw the (soon to be mine) vista on light graphite i was sold!

If the tan stripes can match the tan top if might look real nice. White would be a bad idea IMHO! 05SDI

Cool darkfact. Thats how I felt. First I fell in love with the blue when I saw it on a V6. Then I saw the parchment with blue on the vert and did not like it at all. Felt the dark graphite would be a little dark with the blue exterior so I didnt want that. So the hunt was on for THE car. Three weeks later I found at a dealer one after having a dealer cancel my late 06 order.

Minute I saw the car I had all I could do to keep a straight face in front of the sales guy to help get a good price on it.

Mine is a clone execpt for the 18" polished alum summer wheels. Got to figure out what to run in the winter. I still think the anthricite bullits look damn good against the blue paint and kind of match the gray interior.

Are you sure you want to stripe a vert?? Sometimes they look good. Other times kind of, incomplete.

so right man. it's hard as hell to put the straight-face-hard-*** persona on after a test drive in the GT.

i kinda wanted 18s too but when i found this car i fell in love with it. the car next to mine actually had the other 17s on it, the bright machined ones, i figured the bullitts were the upgrade but had a good laugh when i found out otherwise.
