i can start it either with the button or the key, they trigger the same wire. it is actually REALLY functional. i thought i wouldn use it much, but i end up using it every time i start the car...just THAT fun lol. for reference, it IS the s2k button.

the deck is the new pioneer premier DEH-880PRS. i got it because it has rotary *****, is symmetrical, has no bling whatsoever, no color graphics, has 5v pre-outs, and has a 24bit burr-brown encoder. its tought to find all those options in one package for a decent price ($302.00 to my door new off ebay).

and as for the fuzzy pic...camera phone ftl, even the 1.3megapixel camera phones

Looking good there! Hows the system coming along? you gotta post some pics of that as well. NOTE: it looks like there is still some room there in that double din for a flip out single din monitor ; )

but there is no need for a flip out single din monitor, regardless of whether or not there is one sitting on my desk at home at this very moment...its not going in until i have a need for a screen buddy [8D]

any word on helping me pick up some shaker door panels? i cant really do much of anything until that small situation is taken care of ...
