Default Trunk Lid Adjustment

You know how you can adjust the gaps of the hood closing? (By turning the plastic or rubber ***** to adjust height, etc... )

I can't find the ones for the trunk.. Is it possible to even out the trunk closing gaps as well?

The passenger side closes a tad bit lower than the driver side... (That is in relation to the quarter panel...) If only there were a **** on where I just loosen, then it would even perfectly...

I've got the same problem, the driver's side of the trunk sits slightly lower than the passenger side. I reluctantly loosened all the mounting bolts holding the trunk hinge to the quarter panel hoping for some adjustability but either there is none, or it the paint is holding it in place. I didn't go much further because i was already pissed that the removing of the bolts stripped all the paint off of them.

where you ever able to find a solution? maybe i'll try again this weekend since the paint is already gone from the bolt heads and try and find some adjustment. I suppose that more people will see the trunk mis-alignment than will see the naked nuts, so to speak
