mmk might be a stupid question so im sorry in advance, but what exactly does the AUX button do on the headunit? i have an 05 vert, and also, is it true that the 07s have an auxilary jack? and if yes, would i be able to get that installed?

I doesn't do anything.

I don't know if there was a plan for it or it works in other Ford vehicles, but it has been discussed on here before.

Yes you can make the auxiliary function by buying an auxiliary input adapter from discountcarstereo.com. And yes the 2007's do come with the plug already built in.

The AUX button is used for Serius Satelite Radio... Ford gave my friend 6 months free with his 06' STX, kinda pissed me off that I didn't get it.
